Dear Friend,

I know that your last adult dating relationship ended abruptly and you were blind sighted by it’s demise. I know you haven’t had sex in over six months and you can’t get over your last relationship. I know you secretly look at his Facebook page as often as possible to see what’s new in his life.

Do you realize that this behaviour is only hurting yourself? He is dating and sleeping with other chicks and you are wasting your time moping and wondering what he is doing and if he’ll ever come back to you. He won’t. And every once in a while he may “like” one of your photos or make a tiny comment on one of your photos. I know things like this make your DAY, but they shouldn’t. He knows he still has you wrapped around his little finger, but its been two years now Friend – you have to move ON!

Friend, you will find someone else to be with, but first take my advice. Delete him off of Facebook. Stop looking at old pictures of him. Stop getting high and listening to songs that remind you of him in your bedroom late at night. Once again, this is only hurting you – not him. As I type this I know that he is off banging some other chick, telling her he loves her – just like he did with you – only to get in her pants.

If you stop worrying about what he is doing, you will find a boy worth worrying about. Catch my drift?
